Tiffin is delighted to admit girls as well as boys into the Sixth Form, allowing the fantastic benefits and quality of Tiffin Sixth Form to be delivered within a mixed environment. We aim to admit around 100 new students each year to the Sixth Form, and we therefore expect about 50 per year to be girls, giving at least 100 girls in the Sixth Form overall, and representing approximately 20-25% of the total number of Sixth Formers.

Our Sixth Form Open Evening will be on Thursday 10 October 2019 when the academic and extra-curricular opportunities on offer at Tiffin's Sixth Form will be fully explained. Our website highlights the great opportunities at Tiffin, you can also follow developments on Twitter@Tiffin_School.

Success at London Youth Games

13 July 2018 by

In the London Youth Games sailing competition at Queen Mary Reservoir on 24 June, Magnus Handley, in Year 12, won a dominant gold in the Laser Radial class for Kingston.  He won all three races; the first two were decisive victories, but he gave himself more of a challenge in the third race.  An error in the pre-start resulted in him getting pushed over the line, so he had to come back to re-start.   Starting 15th, he sailed an excellent first beat, making his way up to 3rd place by the top mark.  By the end of the first lap, he was back in first again.  This is Magnus’s fourth consecutive gold medal at the London Youth Games, the best record by a male sailor since the games began.

Joe Allgar in Year 9 also competed in the London Youth Games for the Royal Borough of Kingston at squash on Sunday 8July in the National Sports Centre in Crystal Palace and won a gold medal. Joe has competed in many squash tournaments and is currently No 2 in Surrey U15.
